I suprisingly got this idea during a shower of mine, it's a tool which is a headset, mic attached with an antenna on top. This would be useful in TDMs, because it could show your health status, ranging from Green to Amber, to Red, to Death.

Green: 100% to 80%
Amber: 70% to 40%
Red: 30% to 10%
Death: 10% to 0%

This would also add a radar to your HUD area for your team. This would also display a flashing dot to signify a team member being attacked.
