The first one is the best, hands down.
I have it, and a stuffty old one. The quality of the product is awsome, and you can clearly hear almost everything.
Plus the battery life is amazing. One charge can last you a few days, and the charge time is short.

Edit: But of course, if you really want headphones go with the second
