Oh god, Carly's posted another pitiful idea...
Laser Tag Gamemode. I know you could make this a simple deathmatch with laser pointers, but it could be a lot more interesting.
However, there will obviously be problems which will be the subject of every single reply below. Here are a few:
First off, if it were to be more like laser tag, the lasers would have to hit certain parts of the body to count as different amounts of points (body and head are 4, arms and legs could be 2)and preferably not kill the player.
Second, the lasers probably shouldn't be continuous beams, and should be simply rapid fire.
Third item, and probably the most difficult to accomplish, would be a way to make the player unable to fire, and make them immune to damage, for a second or two when hit.
Now, like I said before, this could just be a simple DM with laser pointers and rampant idiots just shooting and burning other players, but it seems to me that this could be a lot more fun.
And of course, you can reply to this topic and call me a noob or a cigarette or whatever you guys come up with. I love to see your terrible critisizms that make me laugh and lose all respect for you. So please, don't be afraid to post some hilariously idiotic comment on how much of an idiot I am.
Now, if you're actually interested in a gamemode like this, and not in going through the forums and looking for any way possible to critisize decent ideas, you can actually tell me your thoughts.
