Pretty much, a can that you can spray "n00bs" with, and it will kill them. I know, there's Spaceguy's Clickpush, but that doesn't work well if your in an enclosed space. So this would come in handy.

A one-hit-kill weapon that kills outside of a minigame? Horrid and abusive idea.

If they're annoying, ban them. If it's not your server, ask an admin. If there aren't any, leave the server.

That one's pushing the limits. Any badmin with their hands on that makes for a bad server. But one anyone can use? Come on, that's just over the edge.
