Its the big red button in Portal which you use to put the Aperture Science Weighted Storage Cube on, to get through the Aperture Science Emancipation Grip onwards to the elevator.

Can be done with onVehicleTouch and onPlayerTouch, but it would also need some sort of way for it to go back after the vehicle or player gets off the button.
