Not much, just that since it was host on RTB2, well, I can't get to it now, and the topic's too old to bump.
If anyone's got it, please do me (And anyone else who may want it) a favor and reupload it.

I just finished a zombie survival with it.

My only problem is that the Zombies like to crouch, but that's more with the zombie mod than anything.

Yeah, but you can disable the crouching in Zombie options. It is still awsome player type that I wish I saw more of.
