The one with the light hair & ponytail is Ezio. You can tell just by the video; he's prompting Ezio to think ahead, meaning that Ezio lost the game. The one with the light hair was playing black (or in this case red) and you saw the red king toppled, so Ezio is the light-haired son that wasn't fathered by an Arab.
