In my opinion, it isn't really suited to be for the game. It's a game about blocks, block people and when they get hurt they bleed OUCH words for some reason. No one knows why but who cares.

If it was like Ouch splattered on your screen, now THAT would be cool. Although it'd probably have to be disabled for lower resolutions like 800x600/640x480.
