killBrick Event as an Add-On

Even though the killBrick event spent the end of its life in v12, there were some people - such as me - who found it useful. I'd be nice if there was an add-on killBrick event. Hopefully it's not that hard to make either.

I suspect that if Badspot went to the point of removing it from the game, he would end up failing it if it were made as an add-on.
