1. Download WALL-E from the add-ons section. Then download Bot Events (If you don't already have these.)
2. Start Blockland, enable them both.
3. Make a vehicle spawn with a Standard Bot.
4. Add these events to it.
On Bot Spawn -> Bot -> ChangeDatablock -> WALL•E
And if you want it to move...
On Bot Spawn -> Bot -> Set Movement -> Wander [20]
