I have a few ideas for BL in the future.

1. Brick saver.
Isnt it annoying how you can only have 10 brick-fave saves? I think there should be something like Event Saver mod for bricks.

2.An easier way to make addons.
Maybe a frame for sprites, ETC. or a code frame...

3.Tiltable bricks
The ability to rotate bricks would be nice. You could make things like folding wings for a ship, or even a book with turning pages!

4.Upload system
If you make a custom shirt or other decal, noone can see it =(
Well, maybe it should auto DL in the background when you spawn, for all the other players.

5.Safety event clear
If the lag value gets too high, it cancels all relays, events, particles, lights, and/or items and vehicles that may be lagging.

6.Weather control
A way to control weather, duh. A GUI or something instead of mod editor. Which, i believe, cant be run with Dedis.

4.You have no idea what clientside, serverside, ETC is. Im talking about if you make a custom shirt and save it to Addons, noone else can see it unless you upload it and they DLed it. It should send it to them in the background when you join.

every other thing chexguy said is entirely true: it looks like you're just rejecting the reality



1 is possible, but it sounds like you just want more brick favorites

2 and 3 are simply impossible without engine changes. 2 is particularly insulting/stupid because if you aren't smart enough to put together a damn datablock it's a wonder that you installed blockland in the first place

4 is possible, but you can't just not upload decals. sending, receiving, etc is all done by UPLOADING a file to one computer. you can't just have your computer look at someone else's computer and take that data- actually i'm pretty sure that's illegal somehow

5 isn't even needed. stop hosting freebuilds with add-ons that can crash your server in a heartbeat, or at least be aware of what's happening

6 is also possible (but unneeded). i mean come on, it's rewriting literally 1 line of text. what do you want us to do, spoon feed this to you?

1. If you can't take the time to select the bricks you want, then you are a lazy asstard.
2. If you don't have time or smarts then you shouldn't make add-ons because they'll end up being stuff. If your computer sucks to much to use Milkshape or Notepad, upgrade from your Apple II.
3. Bricks aren't shapes. They are aligned on a pre-existing grid too, so you can't just tilt them.
4. You want an upload system without uploading. You're very smart.

You can look at the Code frame to see how things work... Thats what I've been trying to do.. Working sort of still a bit confusing.
