This would be good because: Do you know how freaking hard it is to hit a plane with a rocket?
If you don't, it's very hard. I figured out how this could be done:
1. Edit the Rocket Launcher to some other color (Or just make a new model.)
2. Edit the damage to 150 for direct hit and change the reload time to 10 seconds.
3. Make a script that can detect when the crosshair is pointed at a vehicle. The player has to keep the crosshair on the vehicle for 2 seconds. While they're doing this, a centerprint can read "Locking..." When it locks on, it says "Locked!"Then, when it's fired, the rocket will track the vehicle for a certain distance, after which the rocket will disappear or fly straight.
Would be useful for dogfights and TDM/CTF's.
