Yes, it does that too. I've been known to load up Afganistan DM just to drop the thing on it. When it is in the range to hit the whole city, we get about a 5 second lag spike on impact, followed by several 1 second ones. Also, if your computer can't handle the particles (like how this school computer couldn't even get a whole-number framerate while looking in the direction of the kitchen for a side-by-side comparison,) then you miss most of the fun of it. Seeing all the bricks flying is pretty cool, though.
Or ask the host to sever his ethernet cable for a similar effect.

Don't trust them enough. Except Pandan. However, because people wouldn't stop bugging me about firing one, I made myself a /givenuke command which gives someone the chance to use one. Whenever they get one, though, they seem to fire it off while looking straight at the wall in front of them. I need to change the 'you got nuke' message a bit I guess.
