Anti-AA Battery

I was thinking that we could have an anti aircraft battery. You have a kit, and you place it and it builds into the turret, then it works like a bot, shooting any enemy aircraft in a reasonable distance. Then, after 10 minutes the turret then fails. You can then pick it up and let it recharge for 2 minutes and replace it.

Anti-Aircraft Artillery, or "Triple A"

Could one make the turret lead a moving target? I would hate for this to use that ray casting stuff to solve it, making it impossible to escape.
