Gmod SVN & Glua.net

Alright, I just got this game called Gmod. I wanted to get an Add-on called spacebuild 3; However, I needed to get the latest SVN. So I went to a site called Glua.net and downloaded the .zip file. Is there anything else I need to get to make it Work?

If it's an SVN version, then it shouldn't be a .zip, you'd need a program called Tortise SVN to download the SVN version of Spacebuild 3, and you'd need to set the download path to your steam/steamapps/<USERNAME>/garrysmod/garrysmod/addons directory

Most SVN's that i know of are in 'Addon format' with how they have the info.txt and stuff, so the download path should be set to your addons folder

Sorry for a double post (on my own topic ). But is there a download that doesnt need an SVN because a friend said I need these:
LS3
RD3
WireMod (I have it but I dont think it is the most up to date version.)
But they all need SVN's to look and work properly. And I am horrible using the tortise SVN.
