I remember playing it on my old COMPAQ computer. It ran like stuff, but was fun. And now it runs like stuff on a modern computer.

No it isn't. Lego Creator is a sandbox game, released in 1998.



Lego Digital Designer is a CAD type software with a simple interface. It was released a year or so ago.
