It's bad if you're going to play the latest games on extremely high. You could get this if you still want to play games and have it look pretty good, and if you're not a graphics whore.

Look at this. That's what the card I posted can do when paired with a computer with a decent processor, ram, etc.

I recently used it and it said that I can run TF2 at minimum requirements, yet I crash when I put it on the lowest settings.

It said I could run Dragon Age: Origins on recommended settings. It's still choppy with everything low.
