Google broken?

I know I made this topic before, but I didnt get an answer. Also, I don't want to bump it
I am doing a project on Neon, and I need google for my research. When I click on a link, this pops up

Any reasons why?
I have to copy and paste the link to get access to the site, but sometimes I cannot, as the URL isn't a link, but directions on how to reach it, but it cut off by "..."
Yes, I know it says "DNS error" so dont say "It's a problem with your DNS"
Any way to fix it, if possible?

I've did that. It provides you a link to google on the first result.

Get some kind of antivirus
MalwareBytes is free and should take care of it

I search, but I get no virus'
Just something from IE explorer which I dont even use and comes back every 10 seconds which doesnt let me use explorer
