This game cannot be the best vehicle game known, because Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing has already been made.

I think they have, yes.
On the defaults, I haven't tried an add-on one yet.
Also, I remember when I hosted a RoR server. It was fun, because it was rigged to choose any location you want!

I tried to play this one time and I couldn't do anything besides smash my car straight into a barrier. No turning was possible.

So I uninstalled it and went back to playing GTA4, Test Drive Unlimited and something else.
