You can't, the ??? is usually meaning that the server is still waiting for a response to get the ping. You can't fix that.
The --- replaces v13 or lower's "Dead", which if you don't know what it does it means that either that server was ended/crashed/whatever or their router doesn't have UPnP enabled. You can't fix that.
