Will an NPC put on clothes that I reverse pickpocketed them? Mage Apprentices to be specific.

Im using the ps3 version. I wanna put enchanted items on them so they fight better. >_< Or for practical reasons...... yay water walking :D.

they'll equip it within 12 hours if its better.
or if they dont have that type of item.
I should know, i was 100 chameleon 100 sneak
i put 0 weight hoods with fire damage on them and went on a killing spree
i was like:
hehe, you cannot stop the hood killer.
i snuck outside, everyone residing in the hotel dead.
then i was going to some other guy's house, and police were like:
STOP YOU VIOLETED THE LAW
i was like :O
