I downloaded it on Steam. I press the launch button then it says, "Preparing to launch..." for one second then nothing happens

I waited 5 minutes. The Preparing to launch window stays open for a while so it was odd that it went away so fast.

My processor doesn't fit the requirements for half the games I play at high settings. It still plays it fine.
