I'm guessing because Halo is just another sci-fi genre fps these days.

Halo 1 forgeted people up the ass though it was that good, infact, Halo 1 boosted Xbox sales a jignormous amount cause people wanted to get an xbox just to buy Halo. Number two was pretty good too. 3 was meh, although I did like it.

In my opinion, they're all the same, except each new title adds more.
I don't see why people are like 'halo 1 is godly!', it's a pretty good game, but nothing godlike about it.
