Is there a way to find Recon Armor easily? Fallout 3 question.

I have recon armor on one of my saves, but I wanna make that a good guy. I just made a new person that I wanna make into an "evil assassin", is there any way to get Recon Armor for my assassin without too much trouble? I want to get it ASAP but I've tried going to the place I got it on the other save but it wasn't there.

This will probably be the last thing I ask for a while, just if you know a way to get the armor, tell me. If not, don't post. Last time I've tried signing up for an oblivion/fallout 3 forum, I never got the email to activate the account or whatever, besides, I've been using blockland forums for years and I know the people on here are helpful. Sometimes.
