I started with this statue from Outer Persephone:

Got into a bunch of editing in Photoshop, which eventually lead me to these two images:

Annoying discovery: I made these 9 days ago. And now I notice I didn't save the .psd.

If I did, I could turn the black layer into a mask so it'd be transparent.

Nope. I extracted them from the game files. I've actually put Louie McGraff in my BL game, but I can't extract the animations, so I only put him is as a static blank posed statue.
