This sounds and looks like a bad game to me.

its unique
but not very good
the way you do headshots is, to hold down right click, and a reticle closes in on the enemy's head. when it closes in completely, you have to time it so that when it closes in. you click dat fire button and then head shot.

And it's mainly used for stunts in this game. Or supposed to be used like that.
