This is only what I have heard;
CityRP was failed/banned because like Ajz's Supply drop mod, It had the Backdoor Admin Expilot. CityRP has the Backdoor Admin Expilot aswell, exept Iban becomes admin instead.

Dont blame me if im wrong, this is only what I have heard.

It's Iban's CityRPG v2, and you're right about the backdoor. Wicked removed it too when he found out.
