Downloading .Net Framework 3.5

I have downloaded it many times, and instailed it on my pc. Since I am not connected to a network on my pc, I have to download the full version and trasport it on a memory stick. The file takes 1hr to download (197 MB) and everytime I instail it, it says the file is corrupted.

Maybe you should start by fixing your internet.

Also check the files not corrupted on the pc you download it from first, The memory stick could be messed up.
