Author Topic: Steam account disabled?!  (Read 3853 times)

Just send them a loving e-mail and they'll most likely help sort it out.

Yeah, but I have to select a branch (to send an email to:depending on what branch/ban reason it is): Reclaiming a Hijacked Steam Account, accounts may be temporarily disabled pending verification of purchase information or account ownership (I'm hoping it's this), Piracy or Hacking, Payment Fraud, Redeeming Fraudulent Gifts (hmmmmmm), Hijacking or Sharing Accounts (only with my bro, on different Pc's in the same house).
These are only some of the reasons, but it may just be checking if all my payments are not fraudulent. Is there any possible ways to check this, because I didn't get an e-mail sent to me saying it was disabled.
JUST SELECT ONE THAT SOUND RIGHT.
God damnit. You're stupid.

And when they do get back to you and tell you why your account was disabled, open it and tell us. :D

No, not really. You guys have not served any help to me. When I'm asking a steam support member a question, is the CD key a game activation code? Also, the steam support guy keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. He won't even answer my question.

Why don't you just ask them in the same email? It's not like they're going to say "forget YOU YOU SAID THE WRONG NUMBER WE'RE TAKING YOUR ACCOUNT AWAY FOREVER AND FINING YOU $50000 FOR BEING handicapped"

The thing is, the support member keeps saying the same thing. It doesn't even solve my problem.

I'll lock for now, until I get a real reply.
