Why would there be an option to make it host only? This seems to be console with a GUI.

Its an Code editor, Which saves and uploads and executes files on a server. So admins / players can write scripts, Or for easy debugging ingame for addons.

We already have a code editor. It's very old but it works good.

How about hosts can enable that, It's disabled by default and can only be changed with RTB Prefs manager or editing the file?
