a Lawn mower capable of killing and/or fake-killing bricks as big as 1x1F for regular gameplay and 1x1 for creepkill gamemode, you could run over the bricks and they would (fake)kill do want

Sounds nice. Would be useful if it had an event pack like onlawnmowerhit>disappear>100
or in iban's
onlawnmowerhit>disappear>10ticks
So it would grow back

Lawn care in City RP's.

Everyone is required to have a portion of grass on their lot (if house or front garden/area), and must keep it maintained.
