V16 Suggestion: More FX and paint can for FX water

There realy needs to be a paint can for FX Water.

Heres my suggestions for more FX.

FX Shake - Makes the brick look like its shaking
FX Spin - Makes the brick look like its spinning

Hope thease are in V16!

I like the idea, thought the FX water needs alot of scripting.

That would just be an opportunity to add more to the default colorsets!!! More reds, browns, greys, etc.
