Is there a way that we can see through portals and see whats on the other side like real portal?

Maybe it sets up something similar to a tv screen inside a "portal" and a static camera viewing from the other pole of the portal. Is this even possible on torque?

I once watched a video on YouTube, something called like IcyGammas Amazing TV events, where you could see a scene on your brick, but it was probably faked :(
