I'm pretty sure everything up to the gels can be made easily, most with events. the gels would be hard, cause they're liquids and you'd have to make it somehow spread. possibly like that old infection mod, where the blue stuph spreads and you gotta kill it? except it would only spread on the floor, for a set amount of bricks. I'll try to do this with some eventing, will post later.
