Author Topic: Fable: The Lost Chapters vs. Fable II  (Read 1430 times)

My brother left Fable TLC in my possession when he moved out, and it took me maybe a couple weeks to complete (of course, now I can beat it in maybe two days...)
I received Fable II at Christmas of '08 and I beat that one in two days, first try. That's sad. You cannot die in Fable II, and while that gives you a sense of power at first, things become almost insultingly easy later and you can pretty much mop the floor with anything you encounter.
Fable TLC poses a greater challenge, and the story is much longer and more complex than that of Fable II.
The spells are better (most of them at least), the voice acting is more satisfying... the graphics may not be as good, but graphics aren't the only aspect of a great game.
I don't know, I'm just thinking for myself. Discuss.

Yes, Fable TLC is a lot better than Fable 2, I am hoping Fable 3 will be better, but I have high doubts. And I'm an optimist.

TLC all the way bro. F2 sucked. I agreed with the points about TLC. Can I... borrow TLC? Lol.

Sorry. Amazon it. :D

I liked Fable II better but that's only because I played that one first.

Have you played TLC? I think you'll find it's a lot better. All a matter of opinion though, I suppose.
