ok this isnt an add on and this took me a while to make i had to use 2 different applications to do this, the applications quit out multiple times. almost everytime i put something down it didn't look right so if anyone has any better free applications for me to use tell me

What programs did you use? I use Paint.NET for Windows and GIMP for Mac and Linux.

Make a curve, two lines on the side, then type "police" in the middle. Why would you need 2 applications to do that, I bet anyone could do it in paint.net.
