The Lag Gun

Basically, a gun that shoots "Lag" projectiles. It would do about 10 damage a shot, and be semi-auto (1 click = 1 shot.) Can someone make this?

Shoots bullets that do damage, though slowing them down is a nice idea.

I thought this was some kind of stupid suggestion that is a gun that causes lag. Until I read the topic.

Ah, okay. Slowing down your opponent for, maybe, three seconds or so would be quite nice. Overall, I like this idea, it sounds like it will make a relatively popular novelty weapon. If I could make it, I would. But, alas, I can only lend my support. Good luck.
