The OP is an starfish but Red Guy's server is bad anyway.

It used to be fun when it was a new addon and most people didn't know about it. But now it's flooded with idiots.

I happened to see this thread (Lurking) and decided to go see Red_Guys, in the hopes of it being a filled with... say, "Noobs".

I got quite a laugh out of all the people claiming mines as theirs and attempting to kill ("attempting") anyone who came in. Twas even more enjoyable when I learned someone was trying to start a mining clan, and only members could get into their tunnel.

I advise if you need a good laugh, this place is the place.

I am starting to see a rise in noobs and a decline in administration on these kind of servers.

This is true, I host a challenge often and I've noticed a lot more people  who start whining and screaming just because they can't make the second hard jump on my rock wall. They start using compete caps saying things like,"Give me a (censored) skip now you (censored)." It really agitates me and it pisses off the people who are actually trying to do the rock wall because the noobs start jumping on every ones heads to try and make the jump resulting in chaos. I just don't understand why they didn't just leave if  they were that pissed. Thats how you can tell a noob from a regular person. When they get pissed they stay and bitch about it instead of dropping it or leaving.

my server runs 24/7 so i cant really supervise it all the time -- especially when im sleeping.  but now i have a few ideas on things to make it a little easier.

yep - your right. lotto blocks did not work the way i wanted.  I think they work a little better now.

as for the weapons -- i added those BECAUSE of people whining about "you stole my mine - Red_guy ban ____ he is being an starfish"  so they wont be disabled.


but if you think a few tunnel stealing n00bs are bad - try resetting everyone's stats because of hackers and exploiters. thats really nasty.
