Fallout 3 Real Time Settler Mod

I found this mod for fallout 3, it's pretty cool. In it you build your own settlement and can recruit most npcs as settlers(though most named npcs require your settlement to have "glory"). It's pretty fun and gives you the feeling that you are actually making a difference in the world by building a bastion of human hope. It allows you to build anywhere you want provided it is outside.

try to use the FOSE version it works differently and it gives you a pack brahmin to use

i'm saving all of the vault 101 security uniforms I took on my way out of the vault and using them for my town's guards. then when I do the quest to go back to the vault I'm going to take a stuff ton of jumpsuits out and will use them for my other villagers. I only wish the way it handled giving items to your companions and inhabitants was the way the actual game handles it, but I think I can just use the showinventory console command.
I'm going to recruit the people from megaton before blowing it up. Lucas Simms will be a guard and I'll use tcl to talk with the guy that guards megaton's gate and put him in a watchtower.

I'm going to have ghouls wearing the pitt slave armor as my lumberjacks and stuff. Yay for bigotry and slavery.
