I'm making a working dispencer in blockland and I thought it would be cool to have the brick play "Dispencer goin' up!" sound

Basically I just took that from the hl2 pack I'm designing, and dropped it into the sound zip, since I didn't feel like making a new text document. Forgot to edit it.
