I have the same exact grappling rope you have, just i have a longer and a nylone rope than you have.But yes, this would be cool considring that someone locked the Hookshot Item.

Amazing you didn't search. People having been suggesting this for so many years because Age of Time has it, and because it can't be done without engine modifications of horrible hackiness, all those times it has been denied.
