Author Topic: The investigation team is a lie!  (Read 2701 times)

    Yesterday my xbox live account was stolen i had managed to get my account back and change my information before the "hacker" was able to do anything to harmful to my account.

     When i logged back in my newly  recovered account i found that my name had been changed along with my profile information and avatar+gamerpicture, i also noticed that all my friends on my friends list had been deleted except for three people who i did not recognize these people were of course the hacker. I luckily got him to send me a message in which he blamed someone else which was his second of 3 (not counting mine) accounts, i told this person i would not tell Microsoft what he had done if he simply gave me the 1600MS points that he used on my account back (he changed my name 800MS and i had to change it back 800MS) of course he responded by blaming his second account  and saying he had nothing to do with it so i just decided i would take care of him tomorrow.

     The next day which can also be known as being so frustrated you wanna shove a milk jug up your ass and have it come out of your richard day (bsfywsamjuyaahicooyd- day for short) I called xbox live tech support to tell them about the hacker and see if i could get my 1600MS points back
now let me start off by explaining how xbox live tech support works.

Lvl1: lvl 1 is made up of the female robot who asks you dumb ass questions in order to make you yell at level 2

Lvl2: level 2 is what i like to call the spam blocker, the reason i call it the spam blocker is because this is the part where you talk to some indian guy named angel who if your serious about needing xbox live support he tells you he dosent know stuff and gives you to someone who knows what they are doing. How ever here is the magic of hiring indians as spam blockers, what they do is if anyone is calling for a prank call they are obviously going to talk to them because they know that angel will have to stay on the line with you in order to feed his family of 15, there fore the prank caller is provided with much more lol's and the indian will not have to go rat hunting to feed his family.

Lvl3: level 3 is usally were you get to talk to some one who actually knows what they are doing  what level three dose is they try to figure out whether they can coach you through you're issue or if they have to put you on hold listing to xbox live adds (which i think is ironic because its xbox live support) most of the time they will be able to help you but if they are not they send you to level 4

Lvl4: level 4 is used to protect level 5, level 4 writes down all of the things that are wrong ranging to a stolen xbox live account to head wont come out of ass then they send this information to level five.

lvl5: level 5 also known as the Microsoft Investigation Team, now i just want to start level 5 off by stating something that caused my frustration get ready for it...IT DOESN'T EGSIST, i have asked everyone i have talked to on the support team and they said that there is no way to contact the Microsoft Investigation Team, So i asked if i could speak to the head of the Microsoft investigation team and the person i was talking to in lvl4 responded by saying that there identities are not giving out and that they can only be contacted through email with the report code that is given to people suffering with major problems within the xbox live network(i had one), so then i asked how they will tell me when my problem is resolved and they said that they would contact an agent to tell me when they reviewed my report of a stolen account and unauthorized access.

     so  my issue was that the guy i talked to messed up and wrought down that my account was still stolen along with my request to have my MS points back so because he wrote that down my account was put in lockdown state so now i have to wait until the non-existent people in level five review my request (shred it) and decide to get back to me on if they decide to unlock my account or just keep using my request as toilet paper.

Its not your account being stolen if you give your password to those guys that say they will give you Free Modern Warfare 2 Hacks

to get my account back i had to reset my email password through my phone then i used my email and password to sign into my account on xbox.com to see what the person changed my name to (do this except don't call them afterwards like i did)

Sounds pretty stuffty if this is coming from Microsoft.
