That's not possible, you can not see they're guns and if you dl the gun, people who hold it how will it transform to how it looks? also if you have not dl'd the map or bricks how will you see 'em?
While you're downloading the map, weapons, stuff like that, all the textures and things like that stay the same.
But when you spawn, they're all normal, for example:
Someone's holding an ak47, but it appears as a printer gun.
It should stay like that even if they're done downloading it, but when they spawn, it's normal.
