1: how do you make multiple animations on one model? I tried and all of my animated meshes followed one bone. (using blender)

1. The button in the action editor to the left of your animation's name, click that to add a new animation.

You really need a picture to explain this:

In the action editor:

Also, when you create a new animation, it simply copies the current animation you have selected.

Sometimes, when you do work on a model after doing the animations, it can mess them up. Double-check to be sure that your animations still work fine in blender. if not, revert to an older version/save of the model, or if you dont have one you'll most likely have to redo them. Also, make sure all the bones are parented to detail32, and that if a mesh is parented to an armature for movement that it's the only thing parented to it. If you dont know what I mean I can figure it out for you with a copy of the .blend.

i get it. at some point ill try my animations again and see if this works. Thanks!
