Computer noises?

Even on mute it makes those ticks and boops and whatnot. It's not exactly maddening, but still confusing.
With my headphones out, it's completely mute. Er, not completely, I still hear some little ticks from the computer.

Ok, my monitor makes noises when its on, I recently discovers that the speakers being on 9001 volume make it emit a very quite white noise, turn down your monitor speakers if thats the case.
