He means custom maps, and no, you cannot get custom maps as in other people making them. You probably can through some hacking similar to JTAG on Xbox, but seeing as there is never any of that on PS3, No.

In all my life I have never seen any "Hacks" on PS3 CoD's, But I do all the time on Xbox.
