I'm just looking for something that can support gmod with little lag. Will a Pc cost $350 and support games like that?

im going to remind people that just because a comp is prebuilt dont mean its not custom built.
sites like newegg have prebuilts that come from the same bulk stock as any site could have if you were picking a piece at a time.
my point is; the ones im linking are just as affordable as custom picking parts.

dont let your friend rip you off because you think part picking is going to be cheaper for you.
with a budget as horribly low as your's, you cant afford to pick parts.
custom building is only cheaper if you are using a higher budget.

What computer do you reccomend for playing games like TF2, HL2, and games like that? Oh, I cannot forget New Vegas.

if your gaming budget is really only 400. well that is why xboxs and playstations exist.
computer hardware for poor people, to play games at crap settings, but at least play.
