L4D Bundle on Steam

The L4D bundle on Steam looks awesome, and I know it is considering I had the first for Xbox and played the second way too much at my friends house. Whenever I try to get it it has an error processing the credit card. FFFUUU I think I will miss the sale :'(

Steam is being so damn annoying. I'm probably going to miss the whole sale by the time that my payment actually goes through. Steam has rejected credit card and paypal alike.

Tried that. I used my dad's computer and mine. Both did not work.
I can't seem to find a solution to this handicapped problem. I even reinstalled steam.
