It would use the bow model,albeit with a yellow light attached.
When fired,it would make a projectile that stuck to bricks,walls,map floors or anything that the arrow can attach to.
If fired at a player,it would do no damage but disable their light (if enabled) and make it so they cannot use it until death/reset/disconnect.
Once it's sticked,it'll generate a small yellow light. This would last for a full minute,enough time to make your way there.
If it's possible that the arrow can be shot in midair,it would still land and stick,but the light would be disabled.
