Author Topic: As much as I'll regret it.. I need y'all to help me with a choice.  (Read 754 times)

So, recently, my mother who lost rights to have her children (I'm with my grandparents) responded to my facebook friend request, and send me a pm. I hate the site  - I only did it by request of my dad.. Anyway, I barely get to call her, I've never seen her in real life, and..

That's only the small stuff.

stuff hit the fan earlier in my life, about 8 months ago.. I was staying with my aunt lizzie, at a hotel.. It was fun - later on, though.. she took me out to the upper walkway of the hotel, and she suddenly started cradling me in her arms (Yes, I was thinking "wtf wtf wtf"), and started crying, explaining how my parents were abusive to my biological mother, and how if I were black they wouldn't have taken me in. My grandad was an airforce pilot, and was so for about.. 30 years. I doubt he would've done/thought of doing that. Anyway, so, I later told my parents and they said it was a lie. I never got word from my real mom about it..

ANYWAY, so.

My bio mom is cut off from me, distance and technology wise. Facebook is the only way she can talk to me, and she already seems sad. I barely use that site, too. So.. I'm thinking, should I give her my global username, and let her interact with me in other sites I go to, and risk some bad stuff happening? My parents dislike her getting too much contact with me. Or, should I leave her in the dark? That tears me apart - I've never seen here, and she's my MOTHER. but.. I can't decide.

So, OT...

Should I let her know my other site profiles, or keep her in the dark?

And, who should I believe? My aunt lizzie, or my parents?

I ask and ask everyone I can.. My grandmom always cuts in and moves to another subject.

It's safe to say my family is torn.

Well if your whole family doesn't want you to talk to her, I'm sure theres a reason. Also that black thing doesn't make sense

Beleive your aunt. stuff sounds legit while the rest are trying to keep you in the dark about it. However, I'm unshure on contact with your mom.

Stick it in her po-

Wait...
Oh, God no, no!

Don't do it.

Stay away.
There's a reason if your mom lost his rights.
How did she lose it anyways?

racism.

Bro, stay away. If your mom didn't want anythin to do with you, keep away.

My dad didn't enter my life until I was old enough to take somewhat of a care of myself (14). And I don't even look at him like he's my dad.
